A Small Victory
As reported by the New Castle News (click here for story), Josh was placed on probation by recommendation of the Lawrence County Juvenile Probation Office.
Because the alleged event happened on school property, Josh was facing a possible two to five year sentence.

Where is the justice in this young man’s case? How can a Judge charge someone for possession of something they did not have? Why not check out the real guilty parties, the young ladies friends? I pray that soon God will reveal the turn guilty parties in this young man’s case!
Why is blame being labeled onto a young man, because of the color of his skin. The real guilty parties must know someone in the legal system and are able to get away with this. God is the real judge and justice will prevail soon! I am praying without ceasing for true justice!
